College of Distributed Learning

The College of Distributed Learning (C.D.L.) provides leadership and support to the University community in the integration of distributed learning technologies throughout the curriculum and coordinates efforts related to distributed learning. C.D.L. offers the training and instructional design necessary to develop and deliver courses and programs through the Internet.

In October 1995, the College laid the foundation for distributed learning initiatives with the development of a interactive online delivery system and the subsequent offering of Bellevue University's first distributed courses. Since that time, Bellevue University Online has grown to include a wide range of fully accredited program and degree-offerings through the Internet.

The professional C.D.L. staff works closely with online students and faculty and are committed fully to giving online students an educational experience of exceptional value. Through the University’s unique Cyber-active® learning model, specialized support, and dedicated faculty the staff of C.D.L upholds the practices and commitment to the students and partners of Bellevue University through the internet and beyond.
